Welcome to the official web site of the New Jersey Councils of the Allied Masonic Degrees, working under the jurisdiction of the Grand Council of the Allied Masonic Degrees of the United States of America, Inc.
The Allied Masonic Degrees is an invitational organization dedicated to Masonic research and education and the preservation of ancient detached Masonic degrees. Invitation to membership is extended exclusively to Royal Arch Masons in good standing with a sincere interest in Masonic knowledge and research. Each council is limited to 27 regular member. THE 2012 NJ A.M.D. IN-GATHERINGThe 2012 New Jersey Statewide A.M.D. in-gathering will be hosted by Alexandria Council No. 478 on Saturday July 28, 2012 at Livingston Masonic Lodge No. 11. This year will be very special because we will be honored by the presence of Most Worshipful Glenn R. Trautmann, Grand Master of Masons of the state of New Jersey, Most Venerable Joe R. Manning Jr., Sovereign Grand Master of the Grand Council of the Allied Masonic of the United States of America, and Right Venerable Matthew D. Dupee, Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Council of AMD.

New A.M.D. Council in NJ: José Martì # 512Thursday November 3rd, 2011 was a historic day for Masonry in New Jersey and for the Allied Masonic Degrees in specific. José Marti Council No. 512 A.M.D. was constituted at the Masonic Temple in Secaucus, NJ, becoming the 12th AMD Council actively meeting in our state. José Marti Council has a very unique characteristic. Its members were given the green light to present and discuss Masonic research papers in Spanish. The opening, closing, and degree work will however, be in English. Our Sovereign Grand Master, M:.V:. Douglas L. Jordan, chartered the said council out of his strong belief that language should not be a barrier when it comes to transmitting and exchanging Masonic knowledge among members.
